About the role

Bold is searching for a dynamic Senior Account Executive to grow Bold’s client base. We’re looking for a natural relationship-builder to engage and develop trust with all levels of clients while presenting Bold’s enterprise solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying, building, and managing a sales pipeline to keep Bold at the forefront of the commerce industry.

In this fast-paced world, things change daily so we trust that as a Senior Account Executive, with a hunter mentality, you will have a pulse on where it’s going and how to take Bold there.

What you'll do

• Use a consultative selling approach and manage a complex multi-tiered sales process dealing with decision makers and influencers at all levels
• Independently build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and execute against quotas with the goal of consistently attaining or exceeding sales targets
• Identify new sales opportunities and engage in active outreach within your designated territory
• Negotiate and close business for Bold’s suite of products
• Lead meetings and product capability assessments with prospects and design client presentations, web demonstrations, and proposals to showcase Bold’s value proposition

What we're looking for

• A work ethic that demonstrates dedication and commitment to Bold’s mission and belief in our BUILDERS Code
• 6+ years SaaS or PaaS sales experience; ecommerce preferred
• Fearlessness when it comes to hunting new business (this is not a "farming" role)
• Previous success with complex sales involving multiple decision makers and sales cycles
• Strong experience selling to a director-level prospect
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and quickly adapt to changing timelines and priorities
• Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or other ecommerce/digital platforms considered an an asset
• Understanding of headless architecture and APIs
• An entrepreneurial mindset while willing to be coached
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required

Job Details

Tiny is seeking a fully-remote Account Executive who will play a key role in acquiring new customers and expanding business in existing accounts. This person will be supported by an SDR team and will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle from initial qualification to technical validation to commercial negotiation to close. Once fully-ramped this person will be responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Tiny’s suite of products, the key industries which Tiny most commonly sells into, and the software development landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Selling the full suite of TinyMCE products to high-growth small businesses & mature mid-market companies
  • Manage the sales cycle from the SDR-set introductory meeting to technical validation to negotiation to close
  • Execute a highly-consultative sales approach to uncover pain points and illustrate Tiny’s potential value-add
  • Clearly articulate Tiny’s value proposition in a way specifically tailored to the prospect’s situation
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline using Salesforce.com
  • Participate in weekly forecasting meetings to the Tiny executive team
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and elsewhere to win-as-a-team
  • Act with a high degree of ethics, kindness, and professionalism to perpetuate Tiny’s corporate culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5-years-experience in an Account Executive role, preferably 2+ years selling to a technical audience
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of coachability, willingness-to-learn, and curiosity about the business world

Responsibilities

• Campaign lifecycle management; working with wider sales team members during the RFP process – coordinating deliverables/avails checks across internal product stakeholders, completing quotes within required templates, and preparing proposal submissions pre-sale.
• Helps create the short and long term program Renewal & Retention strategy with your team lead.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales support or account management experience, preferably within the tech/media industry
• A desire to pursue a career in sales
• Comfort interacting with people at all levels internally and externally; superior communication skills are essential to be successful in this role
• High-energy, resourceful, creative, and coachable

The Billing Coordinator position requires a detail-oriented, customer focused individual with strong organizational, communication and follow-through skills. This position requires an individual who is possesses a high degree of flexibility and professionalism, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Record monthly digital media revenue and billings
• Daily interaction with sales to reconcile and maintain revenue forecasts
• Input billing insertion orders, and contracts into finance system.
• Reconcile daily/monthly billings and sales database at month end
• Work with sales and credit to resolve any billing discrepancies
• Review of SOW and IO’s – interact w/Sales Management and Finance Management
• Determine taxability of products based on state matrix by revenue type
• Analyze monthly delivery reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of business experience
• Knowledge of Accounting preferred
• Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
• Deadline oriented…..must be able to prioritize
• Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use critical thinking in problem solving
