Here's what you'll be doing:

• Proactively own and manage the success of a portfolio of strategic Udemy Business (UB) customers
• Develop individual success plans for each customer to ensure UB adoption, expansion and loyalty across your portfolio of customers
• Be an expert on the UB Platform with a deep understanding of our technology and content
• Consult with customers on their internal learning and development strategy and influence leaders to drive change across their organization
• Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to generate awareness and drive usage of UB
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships at the executive level for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
• Renew customer contracts and partner with sales to develop account expansion strategies for customers with high-growth potential to hit upsell targets
• Onboard and train new customers. Partner with Implementation Engineers to ensure successful project management and ongoing support of custom features and API integrations.
• Create a customer feedback loop with product management to surface customer requests and help translate customer feedback into product requirements
• Partner with marketing to develop customers for case studies and media opportunities
• Own the creation of internal and customer facing processes, programs and materials to improve the quality and efficiency of the Customer Success department

We are looking for a Renewals Manager to help us grow our revenue base and continue to drive world-class retention and renewal rates. This role will partner with our Commercial Customer Success and Commercial Account Executive team to maintain and grow our account base.

You'll proactively manage a portfolio of Commercial client renewals ensuring on-time customer retention and the high dollar over dollar renewal rates as well as establish renewal processes for the region. What you’ll be doing:

• Own approximately 45 renewals quarterly for Commercial customers in EMEA
• Strategise with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive on different renewal scenarios for each client.
• Leverage the renewal event with customers to demonstrate business value, optimise multi-year subscriptions, and expand partnership with our customers.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success leaders across EMEA and at HQ in the United States, proactively reporting on renewal health, customer escalations and recommended course of action.
• Directly negotiate all renewal terms with client procurement teams.
• Maintain a 4-month rolling forecast and track all renewal activity in Salesforce
• Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations, and contract preparation.
• Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate.
• Verify contracts, data integrity of all quotes, review terms and conditions to ensure renewal subscriptions are in line with company guidelines and policy

We are a growing team of 14 Customer Success Managers across the New York and Amsterdam offices and our mission to help our customers grow their teams and companies in the most efficient way. What you’ll do

• Manage a book of 70-80 mid-market customers assuming responsibility for these customers reaching their hiring objectives with Recruitee.
• Lead the onboarding and implementation for new Recruitee customers.
• Lead the commercial conversations related to renewals and most upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close renewal agreements.
• Constantly assess “health checks” for your customers to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention, and reducing churn.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and needs.
• Master the Recruitee software, working closely with the product team for feedback and future roadmap direction.

What you’ll bring to the team

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a tech company.
• Confident in a tech environment and comfortable with new software.
• Native German with a high level of English. Dutch is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for consistently providing a great customer experience.
• Ability to identify and drive commercial opportunities, a sales background is beneficial.
• Experience managing a book of high-touch, mid-market accounts.
• Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savviness

Your Mission

As a Head of Finance, your primary mission is to lead us to the next growth stage. One very concrete goal is to receive a qualified audit opinion for the first audit year of 2022. To get there, you will improve processes, set up consolidated reporting, and implement an ERP system. You are fully responsible for all finance functions and financial reporting. About the team

As a Head of Finance, you will manage the Finance team, currently consisting of 4 FTE based in Amsterdam and one vacancy in Poland. Our goal is to implement scalable processes to help Recruitee grow while having efficient and effective controls and being ready for an external audit. The Finance team is currently focusing on accounting and various projects to scale processes. We love to welcome someone who can lead the team and coordinate the tasks to achieve our goals. As a Head of Finance, you help shape and stir the strategic financial direction of the company.

• Manage the Finance team (4 fte)
• Improve financial processes for scalability and audit readiness

• As our second Product Designer, you will own every aspect of the design process through ideation, definition, exploration, and execution. Based on user feedback, you will:
• Design beautiful, simple, innovative and intuitive experiences and flows;
• Create wireframes and prototypes to iterate on new features or improve existing ones;
• Coordinate to ensure clear communication and efficiency during the design phase;
• Be responsible for the implementation of your work. This means refining details with engineers, giving feedback and sometimes making tradeoffs — it's all about team work!

• Scaling our video production pipeline;

• Developing new formats
• Creating graphic content such as videos, concept designs, moodboards and layouts to support marketing activities;
